Billing Authorization & Charge Consent
LeadLedger LLC · Effective June 27, 2026 · Version v1.0
This Billing Authorization and Charge Consent (“Authorization”) is incorporated into and forms part of the LeadLedger LLC Terms of Service. It is effective June 27, 2026. By adding funds, enabling auto-reload, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Authorization.
All payments are final. Charges for qualified calls are non-refundable; billing corrections are issued as account credit. You authorize LeadLedger to charge your payment method on file for any amounts owed on your account at any time.
1. Authorization to charge
You authorize LeadLedger LLC and its payment processor to charge your designated payment method for: (a) funds you add to your prepaid balance; (b) automatic refills (auto-reload) you enable; and (c) any amounts you owe for billable calls, including any negative balance.
2. Stored payment method
Your payment method is stored securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and may be used for future and off-session charges, such as auto-reload. LeadLedger does not store your full payment card number.
3. How charges are determined
Billable calls are charged at your per-call bid (cost per qualified call), as described in the Terms. Non-billable calls — such as out-of-scope calls, wrong numbers, spam and telemarketers, and out-of-area calls — are handled per the Terms and the dispute process, including the automatic exclusions for very short calls and for repeat callers within a 24-hour window.
4. Your acknowledgments
You represent and acknowledge that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method you provide;
- You are responsible and liable for all billable charges on your account, including any negative balance;
- You will use the dispute process in the Terms before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute; and
- LeadLedger maintains records of your consent, lead delivery, and charges, and may use them to respond to any payment dispute or chargeback.
5. Failed charges
If a charge fails or is declined, your account may go negative, calls already in progress may continue to bill, and routing may pause until your balance is restored. You remain responsible for amounts owed.
6. Revoking authorization
You may disable auto-reload at any time from your dashboard, and you may revoke this Authorization by contacting us. Revocation applies to future charges only and does not affect amounts already owed or charges already authorized.
