From then on we run the ads and route qualified inbound calls from homeowners in your area straight to your business line, and you pay per qualified call at the rate set for your trade. There is no contract and you can pause or cancel at any time.

Per-call pricing depends on your trade and starts at $75 for a qualified call. Higher-value trades carry a higher rate, and a higher bid receives more call volume. Separately, the LeadLedger membership is $9.99 a month, free for your first 30 days. You are never charged for clicks, form fills, or shared leads.

A billable lead is a genuine inbound call from a prospective customer in your service area and trade — whether or not they end up booking. Wrong numbers, spam and robocalls, calls outside your trade or service area, and repeat calls from the same number within 24 hours are not billed. Every call is recorded and summarised in your dashboard, and you can dispute any charge within 4 days of the call.

There is no application and no approval step — your account is live as soon as you create it. Calls begin once a card is on file, which is what switches routing on, and once we have your service area and hours. How quickly the first call arrives after that depends on search demand in your area and trade.

Yes, always. Every lead is exclusive to one business — yours. Each call is routed to a single business on a tracking number assigned to your account alone, and we never share a lead with another company and never resell it. You are never racing other contractors to call the same homeowner back.
