Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadLedger LLC (“LeadLedger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our pay-per-call lead service. It is effective June 27, 2026.

1. Information we collect from Customers

• Business information, such as company name, trade, and service area;
• Contact information, such as contact name, phone number, and email address;
• Your lead destination phone number;
• Account credentials — passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text;
• Billing information, processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers;
• Account activity, including your bid, balance, call history, and dispute history;
• Usage activity in your account portal, including sign-in events and which dashboard pages you view, which we log to support you and improve the service;
• Consent records, including the timestamp, IP address, and policy version captured when you agree to our terms.

2. Information we collect from Callers

When a Caller contacts you through a LeadLedger tracking number, we may collect:

• The caller’s phone number;
• Call time and duration;
• Call recordings and transcripts;
• General location information, such as the area associated with the number;
• Information the caller provides during the call.

3. Information collected automatically

When you interact with our website and dashboard, we automatically collect log and device data, such as IP address, browser type, and usage information.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate, provide, and bill for the Service; to route and qualify leads; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to resolve disputes and maintain records of consent and charges; to comply with legal obligations; and to communicate with you about your account.

5. Call recording

Calls routed through the Service may be recorded and transcribed. Recording and all-party-consent laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your calls, including any required notices or consents.

6. How we share information

• With the Customer whose lead it is: call details, including the caller number, recording, and transcript, are shared with the Customer who received the lead.
• With service providers who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), CallRail (call tracking and routing), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database).
• With analytics and advertising partners: we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure site traffic, understand how our pages perform, and measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as the pages you visit and actions you take (including completing a signup).
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of LeadLedger, our Customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We protect information using measures including salted password hashing, restricted internal access, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and other rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise a right, contact us at info@theleadledger.com. Callers with questions about a recorded call should contact the business they called.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date.
